The Role:
- Guide and support children in their Montessori learning journey
- Implement classroom routines and Montessori materials with warmth and consistency
- Encourage children’s independence, self-regulation, and social responsibility
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to support the holistic development of each child
Role Requirements:
- ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and contemporary early childhood practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a genuine passion for early learning
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to Montessori education
