Job Summary
This is a challenging role that requires expertise in IT Infrastructure to provide level 2/3 support across Windows-based server environments.
You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy as well as administering and optimising backup and recovery solutions using Commvault.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide level 2/3 support across Wintel environments (Windows Server)
* Manage, maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
* Administer and optimize backup and recovery solutions using Commvault
* Support patching, upgrades and monitoring of core systems
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience working in a Systems Engineer or Infrastructure support role
* Strong expertise in Wintel environments (Windows Server)
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and related services
* Experience with Commvault backup and recovery solutions (configuration, management, troubleshooting)
* Scripting knowledge is a plus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
