About the Role:
As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, service-first experience for every customer. You'll lead from the front-driving store performance, mentoring your team, and overseeing all facets of daily operations, including the management of high stock volumes.

- Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team
- Create a welcoming and customer-focused in-store experience
- Oversee store operations including stock control, rostering, and compliance
- Effectively manage high stock volumes and ensure accurate inventory processes
- Drive performance to meet and exceed sales and service targets
- Maintain high store standards in visual merchandising and presentation
- Ensure the store is safe, well-organised, and operating efficientlyWhat You'll Bring:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a busy retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and development
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
- Solid experience managing large volumes of stock and back-of-house operations
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills
