Aquaculture Operations Lead
This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a fish farming site in Western Australia's Cone Bay. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and coordinating vessel activities.
We are seeking an experienced Master V to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage vessel operations to optimize productivity and efficiency
* Ensure adherence to all relevant maritime regulations and industry standards
* Coordinate crane activities to facilitate smooth fishing operations
* Maintain accurate records of vessel performance, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
