Clinical Research Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician to join our clinical research team.
* Assist the Principal Investigator in all aspects of the clinical trial, ensuring regulatory compliance and scientific integrity.
* Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible participants according to the trial protocol, maintaining accurate records.
* Conduct medical exams, administer investigational treatments, and collect data with meticulous attention to detail.
* Collaborate with the study team to ensure the smooth execution of the trial, adhering to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent clinical judgment, and experience in clinical research. They must also have a medical degree, current registration, and proficiency in relevant software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead patient recruitment and enrollment efforts, utilizing effective communication strategies.
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, including case report forms and informed consent documents.
* Conduct site initiation visits, investigator meetings, and other essential activities to support the trial.
Required Qualifications:
* Medical degree from an accredited institution.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Experience in clinical research, with a focus on sub-investigator roles.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
