**Responsibilities**:
- Process orders and warranty claims efficiently.
- Drive excellent customer reviews and maintain the company's positive image.

- 1 - 2 years in customer care, preferably in a product-based online environment.
- Commitment and dedication to the customer experience; exceeding expectations with every interaction, demonstrating genuine concern and providing exceptional service.
