Accounting & Admin Assistant
Part-time | 4–5 days per week | Approx. 5 hours per day
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Admin Assistant to support our business operations. This is a 25hr per week permanent part-time position offering flexibility, with hours well suited to school schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Entering invoices and preparing supplier payments
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Ordering and supplier coordination
* Assisting with payroll functions including rostering and timesheet review
* General administrative support as required
About You
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cost allocation
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Experience with Xero is an advantage but not essential
