Regional Manager Operations - Job Description
This role is responsible for providing locally based leadership, coordination, and management of Supported Independent Living services and Out of Home Care services in Alice Springs.
1. The successful candidate will work closely with the Alice Springs Regional Manager Therapy Services to drive high standards of service delivery, quality and safeguarding, compliance, and cultural safety while enabling sustainable business growth and strong stakeholder engagement.
