Job Title
The PCADS Team Leader plays a pivotal role in guiding high-quality services for individuals with complex needs.
This position involves supporting a small team of Counsellor Educators, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring accurate reporting and data quality.
Candidates will work closely with the General Manager and local stakeholders to strengthen community responses to AOD use and mental health in the Pilbara/Kimberley region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical guidance and support to Counsellor Educators
* Ensure accurate reporting and data quality
* Collaborate with the General Manager and local stakeholders to enhance community responses to AOD use and mental health
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in psychology, social/behavioural sciences, health, mental health nursing, youth work, management or equivalent
* Experience in the alcohol and other drug and/or mental health sector
* Understanding of co-occurring AOD and mental health challenges
* Knowledge of harm reduction, diversion, prevention, and evidence-based AOD interventions
* Commitment to culturally secure practice and HOPE's mission, values, and frameworks
