We are currently seeking a team member to join our frontline fuel team in Goulburn South. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver brilliant customer service to keep customers returning
* Promote products and exciting in-store deals
* Operate point of sale systems and assist with fuel and stock deliveries
* Maintain a safe working environment at all times
* Ensure effective merchandising and stock control for premium store presentation
* Serve high quality coffee
Requirements:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
* A confident, energetic approach to each shift
* Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive communicator and solutions-focused team player
* Barista / Cafe experience, with an understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene
