Join Rocket Travel by Agoda (RTA), the B2B division of Agoda and Booking Holdings. We partner with leading global brands to scale Agoda’s travel technology to their customers. We do this by designing and building innovative loyalty travel platforms and white-label solutions.

What Product Design Looks Like at Rocket Travel by Agoda (RTA)
As a product designer at RTA, you’ll own the design of both consumer-facing features and agent-facing tools for our B2B travel sites. You’ll collaborate with the product and engineering teams responsible for these products, as well as stakeholders who work directly with our partners. In addition, you’ll work with designers and researchers across B2B and B2C teams, often collaborating with colleagues in different regions. Your contributions will help deliver innovative white-label travel solutions and create seamless, engaging experiences for our partners, agents and customers.
Role in the Team
We are looking for a Product Designer with exceptional standards of design quality, expertise in UI and design systems, and strong communication skills to support our diverse team of stakeholders. The primary goal of this role is to own the design of customer-facing funnels and the agent-facing experience within RTA, which includes:
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage comprehensive user journeys for our white-label products, collaborating closely with designers, PMs, and engineers, and actively engaging in feedback sessions to drive high-quality designs
Adapt our agent-facing platform for unique white-label loyalty products
Possess a deep knowledge of Figma and design systems, including auto-layout, variables, color tokens, and design system components
Build scalable Figma templates that allow us to work efficiently
Contribute to partner launches
Contribute to the evolution of RTA’s design system
Conduct industry benchmarking across travel and loyalty platforms, summarizing key trends and insights
Identify opportunities to improve design workflows and processes
Align with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, partner and user-centric solutions while meeting business objectives
Manage stakeholders with strong communication
