The role:
Part of the small administration team, the role works with others in the smooth running of the household, premises and administration of a 24-bed alcohol and other drug residential rehabilitation service for women and their young children - our inpatient clients. We also provide limited outpatient services and have plans to expand these over the next 18 months. Jarrah House is a Non-Government healthcare facility that aligns itself with NSW Health policies and care frameworks. We are a busy organisation with a team comprising counsellors, nurses, social workers, Aboriginal health workers, childcare workers and administrative staff. Selection Criteria:
To be considered for this role you will need to;
* have a strong client services focus
* possess relevant experience health & community services and/or in an accommodation services setting
* be competent in Microsoft Office applications and the basic functions (invoicing) of a finance application
* have the right to work in Australia
* have a current NSW Driver's License and willingness to drive for work
* be vaccinated for Covid-19 and Whooping Cough
* be willing to gain a National Police Check clearance and Working with Children Check clearance
* have a willingness to apply your skills to a variety of administrative projects and activities

Other information:
The role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5pm including a 30-minute unpaid meal break. There is the opportunity to adjust hours slightly and work a 19-day month.
