We are currently partnering with an aged care provider that is actively looking for a new GP to join the team.
The role will involve doing the rounds in an aged care home with a full-time nurse consulting with all their residents.
This is an excellent opportunity if you have an interest in geriatric patients.
More about the role:
Location: Mandurah, WA
Rate: $2000 per day
Availability: 1 to 2 days per week
Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm (8 hour days), no afterhours
Days available: Monday to Friday, no weekends (flexible on which days)
Ongoing Locum position
Patient Numbers: 25 residents per day, 3 to 4 per hour
Parking available
Full-time nurse to assist you during consult rounds
Requirements:
FRACGP or ACRRM
Aged Care experience (Preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills
Able to adapt to an aged care environment
