We specialise in overhead (OH) and underground (UG) electricity distribution networks, providing civil and electrical solutions for residential, commercial and infrastructure developments.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated Civil Worker to join our team in Sydney, the Central Coast, or Newcastle. You will support experienced crews with trenching, cable installation, and general civil works, while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
Qualifications & experience
* Previous labouring, landscaping or civil construction experience
* Current Driver’s Licence and White Card
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety
* Ability to perform physical, outdoor work
* MR or HR Truck Licence (desirable but not essential)
* Exposure to utilities or electrical works (advantageous)
Tasks & responsibilities
* Assist with trenching and excavation works
* Support cable installation and civil activities
* Identify and avoid underground services
* Set up safety barriers, signage, and site controls
* Maintain tools, equipment, and site cleanliness
* Backfill and restore work sites
