A rare opportunity exists to join the Karratha Branch as an Office Administrator/Service Coordinator.

The Role

The Workshop Administrator will report directly to the Service/Workshop Managers & Branch Manager and will carry out department invoicing, reception, phone and email inquiries, and various data processing tasks to support time sheet entry and invoicing. Various support tasks to the Branch and Leadership team including additional HR, WHS and administrative duties are also required.

This role is all about having the right attitude and drive. You will be self motivated, proactive and a team player who is enthusiastic to join a supportive, busy and diverse working environment.

This role is offered as a full time permanent position, working five days per week at the Double R Karratha Branch.

Key responsibilities

* Customer support, addressing inquiries and requests, exceeding customers' expectations.
* Karratha Team support, providing admin support to the team of trades people and leadership team.
* Ensuring time sheet entry transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and on time.
* Assisting in drafting written submissions as required.
* Processing work orders through to invoicing.
* Warranty installs and claims.
* Working closely with the Branch Management and Head Office Management Teams.

To be successful you will have

* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
* Computer program experience including Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Experience with Excel.
* Honesty and integrity.
* Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), able to assist in proof reading and editing.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a broader team.
