Key Leadership Role
This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of inclusive education practices. The successful candidate will lead a team of educators in delivering high-quality support programs to students with diverse needs.
The role involves overseeing the provision of comprehensive support and intervention programs to enhance learning outcomes. This includes building teacher capability in inclusive practices and curriculum differentiation, as well as providing complex case management expertise.
* Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of 7 full-time teachers and 6 teacher aides in delivering student-centred support programs.
* Inclusive Practices: Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusive education practices and improve student outcomes.
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in genuine partnership with families and external agencies. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
