Our client specialises in wet and dry hire solutions for major infrastructure and civil projects. The Role As the Site Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind project execution. You will lead site teams and manage resources to ensure all civil works are completed safely, on time, and in strict alignment with ISO requirements. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and supervise site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Compliance & Systems: Ensure all works comply with company procedures, processes, and ISO requirements ; support continuous improvement and adherence to accredited business systems. Documentation: Maintain accurate timesheets, reporting, and project documentation (exceptional attention to detail is critical). Coordination: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and labour to maintain seamless workflows. Operational Management: Manage daily site activities, scheduling, productivity, and quality control outcomes. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks while resolving site issues quickly to avoid project delays. HSEQ: Ensure strong WHS compliance and promote high health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. Communication: Maintain clear lines of communication between site teams, management, and project stakeholders. Skills and Experience Required: Proven Track Record: Solid experience as a Site Supervisor within the civil construction or contracting industry. Systems Fluency: A strong understanding of structured systems, procedures, and operating within ISO compliance environments. Tech Savvy: Confident using project management systems, digital reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office suite. Leadership: Demonstrated capability in team management with the ability to motivate and drive productivity. Communication: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to liaise professionally across all levels of a project.
