As a Coach, you'll work closely with individuals to understand their strengths and aspirations, provide personalized support, link to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to unlock new possibilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
2. Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on individuals with disability, injury or health conditions.
3. Engage with employers to address skill shortages through tailored recruitment strategies.
4. Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client alignment.
5. Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and training.
6. Facilitate employer training to boost awareness and inclusion.
7. Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
8. Promote yourself as a trusted provider helping individuals with disability achieve career goals.
9. Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
10. Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
Essential Criteria
1. Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
2. Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
3. Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions
4. Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
6. Current Driver's License – essential
