As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team and champion excellence in customer care.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position where you'll be the leader and single point of contact for all customer service matters. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers feel supported and valued, while also coordinating with our manufacturing and logistics teams to deliver on promises.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for all customer enquiries, building strong and trusted relationships
* Lead and champion customer service across the business
* Coordinate production schedules with the manufacturing team to align with customer needs
* Liaise with freight companies to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
* Take ownership of the customer service space, driving improvements and ensuring smooth processes
