As an Assistant Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional early learning and care services. Your expertise and leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team members, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Director or in a centre leadership position, with a proven track record of mentoring and building capabilities within their team. They will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team, providing guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
* Mentor and develop centre team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Collaborate with the Centre Director to provide strategic leadership and vision for the centre
* Provide operational support to the Centre Director in their absence
* Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide to ensure consistency and quality in centre operations
