Job Description
* Challenge yourself to this unique opportunity within our Flight Operations team.
* Critical role within our team to ensure crew compliance.
* Permanent full‑time position based in Perth.
Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high‑capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services. We operate a fleet of jet aircraft from our base at Perth Airport and specialise in mining industry charters, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.
Key Responsibilities
* Accountable for ensuring the accuracy of all applicable databases, including monitoring change activities within Flight Operations, regulatory changes, and ensuring manuals and crew records are stored, updated and reviewed accordingly.
* Run expiry reports to ensure crew compliance.
* Manage crew legalities and expiries in the iFlight Crew database to ensure all crew are compliant and meet CASA regulations and company requirements.
* Conduct audits of crew records and escalates any missing documentation or potential violations.
* Perform a range of administrative functions, including providing direct support to the Head of Training and Checking.
Requirements
* Experience in a complex administrative environment.
* Excellent time‑management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Drive to take initiative and adopt a proactive approach to problem solving.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex issues.
* Exceptional level of attention to detail to effectively ensure compliance.
* Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into deliverables that have a positive impact on the business.
* Influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
* Robust computer literacy skills, proficiency in MS Office programs, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Knowledge of Cabin Crew and Pilot training and compliance requirements highly desirable.
