* Web Server Support & Setup – Ensure secure, reliable environments that support business continuity.
* Problem Solving – Dive into challenges and fix them fast, whether that's a broken form or a load speed issue.
* Support Tickets – Be the technical backbone for day-to-day client support.
* Keeping Current – Stay ahead of trends, share what you learn, and help elevate our collective knowledge.

Key Skills & Attributes
Essential Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-centric approach.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced digital landscape.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
* Familiar with Agile workflows or similar (Scrum, Kanban, or at least happy to work in sprints).

Desirable Skills / What you will be Learning
* WordPress expertise – Custom themes, plugins, and troubleshooting.
* Front-end skills – HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS), JavaScript (vanilla or frameworks like Vue/React).
* Responsive design – Mobile-first mindset and knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
* Basic PHP – Enough to build or modify WordPress components with confidence.
* SEO fundamentals – Understanding of technical SEO (schema, site speed, tags, crawlability).

* Server-side awareness – Familiarity with web hosting environments, domains, and DNS management.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Technical Development
* Build and maintain high-performing websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
* Optimise user experience across all devices with mobile-first and accessibility-focused design practices.
* Integrate CRM/EDM platforms and third-party tools as part of client automation strategies.
* Manage web hosting environments, domain setups, and DNS configurations.
* Support technical implementation of digital campaigns—from custom landing pages to interactive content.
SEO & Performance Optimisation
* Apply technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, page speed improvements, and crawlability enhancements.
* Collaborate with marketing to implement on-page SEO elements and content structure.
* Monitor and improve site health using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog.
Cross-Functional Campaign Support
* Work closely with strategists, designers, and content specialists to bring campaign assets to life.
* Implement tracking codes, conversion pixels, and dynamic features that support campaign goals.
* Provide guidance on UX/UI improvements to increase lead generation and engagement.
Social Media & Content Integration
* Assist with embedding multimedia content across client platforms (video embeds, feeds, plugins).
* Troubleshoot integrations between websites and social platforms or third-party tools.
* Support content scheduling systems or platform-specific enhancements as needed.
Client-Facing Collaboration & Support
* Join client meetings (where relevant) to provide technical updates or clarify functionality.
* Translate technical concepts into everyday language for client communication.
* Resolve support tickets related to bugs, layout issues, or feature updates.
