About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to deliver maintenance plumbing services while providing exceptional customer experiences across residential and commercial projects.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting maintenance plumbing work efficiently and professionally
* Providing outstanding customer service and communication
* Completing insurance‐related reporting where required
* Ensuring compliance with OH&S and WHS requirements
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
* Supporting team objectives and delivering quality workmanship
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 2+ years experience as a Plumber
* Current QLD Plumbing & Drainage Licence
* Current Construction White/Blue Card
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Experience with insurance reporting (advantageous)
* Experience with blocked drains, CCTV inspections, and high‐pressure water jetting (advantageous)
