Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake goods to a high standard in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting
- Maintain quality, freshness and presentation of bakery products
- Support store operations and customer service in a retail environment
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of retail
- Hold Baker qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- Understanding of local marketplace and seasonal trends
- Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume kitchen and retail setting
