About the Position
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyer (2–6 PQE) to join a thriving and busy practice in Sydney. We would also look at a general commercial litigation lawyer that wants to start practicing in wills & estates litigation.
You will work closely with a highly experienced and nationally recognised Partner with nearly three decades of expertise in the field. This is a rare chance to receive hands‐on mentorship from a leading specialist while gaining exposure to complex, high-value disputes.

About You

You either currently have wills & estates litigation experience or you have general commercial litigation experience and want to start specialising in wills & estates litigation.
Duties
In the role, you will:
* Work on a broad range of high profile and complex wills and estates litigation matters
* Manage files with appropriate supervision and increasing autonomy
* Assist with complex and high-value matters
* Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
* Participate in client meetings and develop strong client relationships
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with:
* 2–6 years' PQE in wills and estates litigation or commercial litigation with a desire to specialise in wills & estates litigation
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A genuine interest in building a long-term career in this practice area
