You'll be:*** Driving end-to-end solution design and delivery* Working with modern Azure integrations & DevOps pipelines* Influencing technical direction, standards, and best practices* Enhancing customer experience and drives business outcomes**What You'll Be Doing****You'll design, build, and optimise high-quality CRM and integration solutions by:*** Customising systems using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins & workflows* Building integrations with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, APIs)* Managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps* Troubleshooting, testing, and deploying scalable solutions* Creating clean, maintainable, and secure code**Impact*** Champion development standards & governance* Collaborate across tech, security, and business teams**What You Bring*** 3+ years' experience in a software or integration development environment* Experience developing and managing API applications using REST/JSON, Web Services* Experience working with Azure API Management, .NET Web API, OAUTH2* Experience working with MSSQL Server* Demonstrated understanding and application of integration architecture patterns* Strong understanding of application and API security controls and methodologies* Excellent collaborator, with strong written and verbal communication skills* Able to work effectively and flexibly in a changing environment**Bonus Points If You Have*** Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)* Demonstrated experience with C#, .NET, .NET core* Demonstrated experience leading an agile cross-functional team* Microsoft Dynamics CRM development/administration* Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform* Experience with GitHub Copilot* Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools to assist with AI Code generation* Experience Integrating AI services into existing apps & workflows**We're big on supporting our people- at work and beyond.
