Description
* Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence,
* File management, including digital filing and document organisation,
* Preparing court documents and briefs,
* Diary and inbox/email management for lawyers and partners,
* Liaising with clients, courts, and other stakeholders,
* General administrative support, including billing and file opening/closing,
Profile
A successful Legal Assistant should have:
* Previous experience as a legal assistant or admin professional (family law experience highly regarded),
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail,
* Strong written and verbal communication skills,
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively ,
* A proactive and people-first attitude,
