* Reconcile payroll discrepancies related to timesheet management.
* Mobilize PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) workers as required.
* Transport employees to medical facilities in case of an incident.
* Generate reports for VEVO checks.
* Effectively manage client and employee relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing people and teams.
* Desirable: administration/HR/payroll background.
* A valid driver's license and vehicle are essential.
* A willingness to undergo a police check.
* Vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory.
* Ability and willingness to be vaccinated against QFever.
