Hours & Locations
* Full-time (9 days a fortnight) or part-time (minimum 3 days/week)
* Rostered hours: 7:45am – 5:15pm
* Based mainly in Pakenham and Mulgrave, with occasional travel to Drouin. Applicants must be able to travel to all three locations.
What You'll Do
* Manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
* Prepare for orthodontic procedures and assist chairside.
* Greet and communicate with patients and their families.
* Sterilise instruments and make orthodontic retainers.
* Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the practice.
* Perform various tasks to support orthodontic treatment.
About You
* Experienced in interacting with team members with empathy and fairness.
* Passionate about discussing health and dental care.
* Skilled at building rapport with both children and adults.
* Aware of the importance of first impressions, with impeccable hygiene and grooming.
* Detail-oriented and dedicated to following tasks through to completion.
* Experience in orthodontics or dentistry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with outstanding customer service skills that can be transferred will also be considered.
