Ideal candidates will have: Proven sales experience with a track record of hitting targets A people-first approach—you’re outgoing, energetic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment A genuine interest in health, fitness, or lifestyle Previous membership or fitness sales experience is a bonus, but not essential Roster & Flexibility This isn’t your standard 9–5—it’s a dynamic, people-focused role that reflects the energy of the fitness industry. This is a full-time role with a rotating roster across 7 days, between opening hours, including some weekends and public holidays. Rosters are set in advance so you can still plan around your life.
