We are looking for emerging professionals who are ready to grow their career and support the delivery of multiple commercial, public and Natural Resource Management (NRM) projects throughout their life cycle. These projects will span water infrastructure supporting water and environmental works that enhance natural assets, protect biodiversity, and minimise environmental impact.

You'll support projects and NRM-focused programs from design development and approvals through to implementation and close-out. You'll play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Barwon Asset Solutions' standards—balancing commercial outcomes with strong environmental stewardship.

This is an ideal position for those seeking to strengthen their leadership and planning capabilities while applying project management skills across a diverse infrastructure and natural resource management program.

* Position Description

About you

You are a developing technical professional with recent postgraduate experience in project engineering, ready to take the next step into a role that blends analytical thinking, operational know‑how, and a passion for environmental outcomes. Your innovative and creative thinking will see you harness evolving technologies and apply practicality to the integration of Natural Resource Management concepts into project delivery.

You bring a commercial mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity, along with strong communication skills that enable you to build trusted relationships with clients, partners and communities. You're motivated, proactive and confident working across multiple projects simultaneously.

With motivation and drive to succeed, you are passionate and committed to environmental issues and sustainability. You will be an adept problem solver, who can create innovation outcomes for our projects. This role will test your tertiary qualifications but your practical experience and creativity will underpin your success.
