What you´ll do
- Manage daily Purchase Order creation for Henkel Consumer Brands, optimizing logistics efficiency.
- Provide daily reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze and give feedback on Coles system forecasts, overlays, and necessary adjustments.
- Maintain day-to-day communication with Coles demand and supply teams.
- Oversee new product development (NPD) slotting, pipefill, and ongoing forecast reviews.
- Proactively support the local sales team by identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Assist the account team with planogram (POG) building and new line forms.
- Support e-commerce/shopper activations and review sales and production forecasts.
What makes you a good fit
- Over 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or customer-facing supply chain roles.
- Strong customer service skills with proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information quickly and clearly.
- Skilled in balancing and managing conflicting KPIs to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
- Proficient in SAP and other relevant supply chain management systems.
