What You'll Be Doing
* Own the day-to-day operations and customer-facing presentation of the Swaggle online store, ensuring timely, accurate, and polished execution of weekly product releases, campaigns, and content updates
* Execute and maintain the online merchandising and promotional strategy in line with commercial objectives — ensuring products, pricing, and offers are correctly configured and live as planned
* Optimise site search, navigation, and overall user experience to support discoverability, path-to-purchase, and conversion
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Merch, Operations, Customer Service, and Tech to ensure end-to-end alignment and a seamless customer experience across digital and fulfilment
* Leverage data, insights, automation, and SEO best practices to improve site performance, efficiency, and support ongoing eCommerce growth
Act as the final checkpoint for outgoing eCommerce changes — responsible for validating releases, reviewing site updates, and ensuring quality before anything goes live.
What You'll Bring
* 2–4 years' experience in an eCommerce specialist or similar website operations role
* Shopify Plus experience preferred (content management, theme configuration, promotion setup, tagging)
* Proven execution capability in a fast-paced, online retail environment
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Service, Tech, and Marketing, and a proven ability to communicate effectively based on varied stakeholder needs
* Strategic understanding of digital merchandising, site navigation, SEO, and customer experience best practices, with a drive to continuously optimise how we show up to our customers online
* Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., GA, UX analytics, Shopify reports, BI dashboards)
* Demonstrated delivery of business key indicator improvements over a 12-month period, with a focus on optimising how we do things to bring us closer to our goals.
