The Systems Engineering Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of systems engineers that work with key contractors and project managers to elicit stakeholder needs and expectations, develop and maintain customer requirements, participate in technical reviews, ensure the effective integration of engineering specialties, participate in verification & validation activities, and develop engineering processes and procedures.The Systems Engineering Team Lead reports to the Engineering Manager and is part of the virtual project team located across Canberra and Wellington.
