Tecside are seeking an experienced Office Administrator /Receptionist for our client, a leading manufacturer of high quality products for the building and construction industry. This is a permanent full-time position paying 60k + super! Work hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm from their Acacia Ridge office. Immediate start!
**Duties include**:
- Making inbound/outbound phones calls
- Entering sales order into Pronto
- Data entry
- Greeting customers at reception desk
- Arranging transport schedules
- Stock management
- Invoicing
- Cash and Eftpos sales
- Assisting with preparation of quotations
- Create documents and spreadsheets
**About you**:
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work cooperatively within a team environment
- Reliable and hard working
- At least 12 months experience in an administration role
