Youth Program Coordinator – Get Back in the Game (GBIG)
Location: Hilltops & Yass Valley (primarily Young and Yass)
Hours: Part-time, 19 hours per week (5-day fortnights) to start, with a strong possibility of increased hours as needed
Enterprise Plus is a dynamic regional organisation offering a comprehensive range of business and educational services in the Southern Region of NSW. We are seeking an enthusiastic Youth Program Coordinator to deliver our Get Back in the Game (GBIG) program across Young and Yass.
The role requires a high level of sensitivity and a genuine desire to make a positive impact. You'll work with young people aged 15–21 who have disengaged from traditional education and are facing challenges transitioning to employment. Responsibilities include providing individualised case management to re-engage participants in education and training pathways or support their transition to sustainable employment.
The ideal candidate has experience working with young people (case management, youth support, employment or education services), can work with minimal supervision, manage a caseload, and meet deadlines. You must hold a current NSW Working With Children Check (or be eligible to obtain one) and a current driver's licence.

Salary: $77,000 (pro-rata) plus superannuation annually
Contract: Until end of December 2026 (possibility of extension)
Includes: Motor vehicle for business use, laptop, and mobile phone

* Ability to effectively communicate and relate to young people and other key stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to work with young people to improve education, employment, and life outcomes.
* Understanding of regional issues affecting young people.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Relevant qualifications or industry experience.
Essential Requirements
* Ability to relate well to young people and work with disengaged youth with challenging and complex issues.
* Experience working with young people in case management settings.
* Established local networks or the ability to develop networks within local communities.
* Ability to liaise effectively between stakeholders in education, industry, and community organisations.
* Current NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
* Current driver's licence.
* Well-developed communication skills.
Desirable Attributes
* Relevant qualifications in youth support, employment or education services, and/or career and transition advice.
* Experience with record-keeping and using a range of IT software.
