My client is a leading Financial Services Outsourcing organisation supporting accounting firms across Australia, the UK and the US. With a highly skilled offshore workforce and a strong reputation for delivering efficiency, capacity and cost savings, the business is expanding across South‑East Queensland and is now seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive their next phase of growth.
Your Role and Impact
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition across South‑East Queensland and key regional hubs. This is a full‑cycle hunter role focused on identifying opportunities, generating pipeline, attend industry events, meet firm partners and principals, presenting tailored outsourcing solutions, and closing new partnerships with SMB to large accounting and tax firms.
Qualifications and Skills Required
Proven B2B hunter sales experience
Experience selling outsourcing or BPO
Strong consultative sales and relationship‑building skills
Knowledge of accounting or tax firms is highly advantageous
Familiarity with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks desirable
Comfortable with travel across SE QLD and regional circuits
Strong commercial acumen and CRM discipline
