The opportunity
Boeing Defence Australia is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Administrator to join E-7 Programs in Brisbane, Queensland.
This dynamic role will require you to work across a number of E-7 programs including sustainment, development and international.

Responsibilities:
* Lead operations management and compliance, business support services and traveller assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management.
* Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders and peers within a country.
* Investigate and provide guidance for international local hires and international assignees on complex issues or concerns.
* Manage facility operations, non-real-property planning and project administration, and facilities provisioning.
* Be responsible for site/entity compliance with local laws, Boeing policies and procedures, develops and manages the operating budget.
* Interpret office and property accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax policies and business objectives, and recommend solutions.
* Lead teams to design, development and implementation of organisation policies, programs, processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while ensuring compliance with applicable government and company security and fire regulations (e.g., business preparedness, country evacuation plan and crisis management, secure badge renewals).
* Monitor and partner with the procurement agent at the local site; contribute to manage the vendor activity (i.e. negotiations, vendor performance).
Experience/Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in project administration and/or project support roles, or similar
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously. Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to tasking
* Demonstrated experience in organising and coordinating events including, but not limited to, executive visits, offsites, team planning days, project milestone events and team training
* Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organisational objectives
* Demonstrated experience in producing and updating complex organisational structures, operating/battle rhythms, PowerPoint presentations for several internal/external stakeholders including the customer, business executives and project leadership teams
* Demonstrated experience in producing and updating processes, plans and policies to support project needs
* Demonstrated experience in reconciling corporate credit cards and invoicing as per organisational processes
* Demonstrated ability in assisting project team with booking both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, car rental and organising visas
* Demonstrated experience in the procurement of office supplies, car leasing and other items needed by the project team
* Proven ability to think on your feet and adapt to evolving project environments and tasking
* Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
* Strong negotiation, communication, computer literacy and organisational skills
* Defence security clearance (desirable)
