We're now looking for a commercially sharp, people focused leader to take the reins of one of our Sydney agencies. The Role: This is a dual accountability position. You'll run a productive senior desk of your own while leading, coaching and holding a team of recruitment consultants accountable for their performance. You'll own the agency P&L, report directly to the CEO and work closely with the broader RWR Group leadership team on strategy and direction. This isn't a step back from the market. The best person for this role doesn't want to stop billing. They want to lead and place and they're very good at both. What You'll Get Up To: Leading, coaching and developing a team of recruitment consultants and talent specialists Running your own senior desk with full accountability for personal billings, client relationships and candidate delivery Owning the agency P&L with accountability for revenue, gross profit, margins and budget performance Using data to drive decisions around team activity, commercial priorities and market positioning Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of your agency's presence in market Collaborating with the CEO and Group leadership on strategy, performance and people development What You Bring: Current or recent experience as an Agency Manager, Agency Director or Senior Team Leader within an agency recruitment environment, with a proven track record of leading a team while maintaining your own commercial output A strong understanding of financials, you're across your P&L, you know your margins and you use data to drive decisions, not just report on them A leadership style that gets results through lifting people, you set high standards, you hold them consistently and your team is better for it Proven ability to build and grow a client portfolio at a senior level and the confidence to open new ones A billing history that shows you haven't stepped away from the market, you lead from the front and your personal performance reflects that Deep familiarity with the pace, urgency and commercial pressure that comes with running a desk and a team simultaneously and you thrive in it Why RWR Group We live by three values: OWN IT, LEVEL UP and LOVE WHAT YOU DO.
