Role & Responsibilities
* Letting & vetting of sub-contractor packages
* Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors and stakeholders
* Negotiate agreements striving for win win outcomes
* Tracking of project expenditure against budget
* Responsible for progress claims, project cash flow & forecasting
Your Background
* Must have 5+ years experience with a commercial/apartment builder as a Contract Administrator
* Main Contractor experience is a must
* Ability to communicate effectively
* Display the right attitude, ability to learn and grow
* Able to work in a team environment and drive outcomes
