Join a high‐performance team supporting a secure, mission‐critical environment. You'll help maintain and enhance a classified infrastructure, ensuring it meets strict performance, reliability, and cyber security standards.
What you'll do
* Maintain and improve classified systems to meet performance, reliability, and security requirements
* Assist with planning, designing, testing, and implementing system upgrades and new platform components
* Apply security patches and maintain accurate cyber security documentation
* Package, deploy, and support applications to ensure compliance with security frameworks
* Support network security technologies including SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, firewalls, IPS, and device control
* Provide technical advice and resolve user issues across multiple platforms
* Contribute to security accreditation documentation
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve service delivery
What you'll bring
* Strong Systems Administration or ICT background, including Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11
* Solid understanding of cyber security principles, tools, and best practices
* Knowledge of ISM, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls or similar frameworks
* Excellent analytical and problem‐solving ability
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Bonus: Experience with VMware vSphere or Horizon
* Existing NV2 Australian Defence security clearance (mandatory)
