About the Role As a Senior Associate, you will play a central role in the execution of executive search engagements, partnering closely with Managing Directors and the broader team. You will contribute across the full search lifecycle - from research and market mapping through to candidate engagement and assessment - while acting as a strategic advisor on leadership talent. The scope of work is broad and varies in complexity according to the parameters of each search and Associates continuously drive, develop, and pivot in strategy to ensure better and more efficient means of suitable candidate identification and engagement. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with strong exposure to senior executives and board-level hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities Support client requirement gathering, including research and participation in kick-off meetings Collaborate on search strategy development and position profile (specification) creation Conduct detailed market mapping and build targeted candidate pipelines Engage and headhunt senior executives through tailored outreach Perform candidate screening and in-depth interviews Manage search execution, including reporting, tracking, and documentation Prepare high-quality candidate profiles and client-ready materials Gather market intelligence and provide insights on industry trends and talent movements About You The preferred candidate is a degree-qualified, successful contingent or retained permanent recruitment professional with experience in placing talent at the management and/or senior leadership level. Given the requirement to identify and engage hard-to-reach, high-impact executives, the ideal candidate demonstrates a methodical, diligent, and disciplined approach to their work.
