Job Title: Training Program Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to lead the development, implementation, and management of training programs across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the coordination and delivery of training programs from start to finish.
* Manage client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong industry partnerships to enhance program success.
* Support sessional trainers to deliver high-quality training.
* Organize promotional events, expos, and work with stakeholders to showcase our programs.
* Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
About You
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high-level problem-solving and time management abilities, and the ability to safely lift and transport training materials up to 20kg.
The successful candidate will also possess a strong understanding of accredited training, including units of competency and assessments.
