**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling industrial products, such as pumps, pipes, valves or hydraulics.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
