Lead Workshop Coordinator

About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee workshop performance, ensure job accuracy and quality, and give final approval before equipment goes out. You will work closely with a Service Operations Manager who provides strategic direction, data insights, and reporting, and a Service Coordinator who manages day-to-day job flow, internal escalations, and vital service department coordination.
This structure gives you the space to focus on leadership, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction, not just the daily grind.
We are looking for someone who brings a strong mix of technical understanding and people leadership. You will thrive in this role if you have:
* A background in agricultural machinery or related technical fields
* Experience leading or coordinating teams in a workshop, service, or farm machinery environment
* A solid understanding of farm equipment diagnostics, repair standards, and customer expectations
* The ability to balance people management with customer and operational priorities
* A hands-on solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for supporting local farming communities
