Responsibilities
* Managing team members
* Following franchise systems
* Cutting, styling, shampooing and drying of clients' hair
* Day-to-day cleaning and reception duties
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years post-qualification experience
* Salon management experience is essential
Compensation
* Salary: $77,000–$79,000 per year, plus super
