We are looking for a Practice Nurses to join the Jupiter family at our general practice clinic in Jupiter Health Beechboro
Experience is preferred but not essential.
Role includes but is not limited to:
* Assisting the medical practitioner in delivering medical services: patient triage, acute illness, health assessments, chronic disease management
* Adult and Childhood immunisations.
* Daily coordination of the treatment room: stock control/ordering, sterilisation, general maintenance of medical instruments and equipment.
* Patient education.
* Implementing and practicing infection control.
* Management of recall and reminders
Key Selection Criteria
Essential:
* Current AHPRA registration.
* WA immunisation certificate or willingness to obtain as soon as possible.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A caring and holistic approach to patient care.
* Time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Best Practice software.
