Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
* Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and maintain strong industrial relations compliance.
* Mentor and coach managers to strengthen leadership capability and enhance employee engagement.
* Ensure adherence to employment laws, health & safety regulations, and data protection standards.
* Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interviews.
* Design and implement employee development programs to foster growth and skill enhancement.
* Administer competitive benefits and pay structures to attract and retain talent.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, with strong experience in the Employment Hero platform.
* Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a managerial role.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Australia.
* Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to mentor and coach managers effectively.
* Experience with HR software, particularly Employment Hero, is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
