This role involves managing all phases of the project life cycle, including planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a central point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless execution. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage technical interdependencies and guide project teams through ambiguity and change. This is a remote position, working in a dynamic environment with a competitive pay rate in a globally well-established organization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full life cycle of multiple IT and security-related projects, from initiation through delivery.Coordinate cross-functional teams, develop project plans, set milestones, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.Perform project analysis and risk assessments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.Contribute to the development of business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and contingency plans.Recommend improvements to project management processes, tools, and standards.Support system and process optimization by offering technical insights and acting as a subject matter expert.Qualifications:8+ years of proven experience in technical project management within IT or security domains.Proven expertise in managing project scope, schedules, and cross-functional team coordination.Strong communication, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Atlassian suite, and optionally Clarity PPM.Cybersecurity knowledge or experience in areas like Security Operations, DLP, VM, or Insider Threat is a strong asset.Experience working in highly regulated environments such as finance or banking is a plus.Ability to work remotely with occasional site visits and flexibility to operate within Eastern Time (ET) working hours.We thank all candidates in advance.
