Join the dynamic Testing team within A&G's Technology division. Working from our centrally located Docklands office, you'll collaborate with a passionate group of testers, developers, Business Analysts, and product owners in a fast-paced Agile environment. The role
As a Test Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our software releases meet the highest standards of quality and stability. You'll be responsible for the full testing lifecycle across multiple platforms and systems, working closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
* Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Define acceptance criteria and the definition of done collaboratively with the end‐to‐end team
* Design, document, and execute manual test cases in XRAY
* Ensure full traceability of test cases to business requirements
* Report, manage, and help resolve defects efficiently
* Develop comprehensive regression suites and collaborate with automation testers
* Contribute to continuous testing improvement initiatives
* Support risk and compliance practices
* Ensure delivery deadlines are met without compromising on quality
What experience you'll bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Analyst
* Proven experience working in Agile environments with a solid understanding of Agile testing practices
* Hands‐on experience with JIRA, XRAY, and Confluence
* Strong knowledge of BDD (Behaviour‐Driven Development) and TDD (Test‐Driven Development)
* Strong knowledge of risk‐based testing and the testing pyramid
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and able to take initiative
* Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
* Tertiary qualifications in IT (desirable)
